2022 Spring Classes at Hillside Greenhouse

Mother's Day Gift Kids Class
Date: Saturday, April 30th, 10:00-11:00 am
Fee: $5.00 per child
Mother’s Day is right around the corner. Hillside Greenhouse is offering a fun kids activity for children 10 & under, an hour where they can create a gift for the mothers in their life.  Class will be held outdoors, weather permitting.  We ask that you plan to accompany your child, but feel free to browse the greenhouses while they create!  Limit of 15 children for this class, so reserve your spot soon by emailing info@hillsidewestliberty.com or calling (937) 465-3717!  Class taught by Nicole.

"Please Pass the Pesto!"
Date: Saturday, April 30 from 1:00-3:00pm
Join us anytime from 1:00-3:00pm Saturday, April 30th and learn how to make basil pesto.  Free samples and recipes provided.  Pick up some basil plants and tips and tricks to keep your basil healthy, too!

Container Class*
Dates:  Wednesdays, May 18th and May 25th from 7:00-8:00 pm
Fee:  $10.00
In this make & take workshop, Vickie and Alycia will help you find the perfect combination of plants to make your porch or patio beautiful all summer long.  Fee includes a 13” container, soil, fertilizer sample, and instruction.  Plants purchased for the container will be an additional charge. Come enjoy the greenhouse after hours, get your hands dirty (or bring gloves) and learn some tips and tricks of container planting from Vickie (one of the best, if we do say so ourselves)!  Registration limited to 12 individuals.
